Thank you for your application received on 23 August 2022 requesting in writing the cancellation of your individual certificate of registration in class of Swimming Pool Inspector BDC04783. Under delegation from the Commissioner of NSW Fair Trading (Commissioner) and in accordance with your request, your current certificate of registration will be cancelled.The cancellation is to take effect on 1 September 2022.

Administrator Required

Due to increased workload and ensuring high levels of customer service an Administrator is required.

The Administrator  role supports the smooth day-to-day running of the  team, providing sales administration support and outstanding vendor and purchaser experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting the team with all aspects of the listing and selling process.

Diary management and appointment coordination.

Campaign management

Liaising with real estate agents and purchasers.

Database management and reporting through our CRM

Report preparation

Managing social media accounts

Designing and executing marketing campaigns.

Coordinating register, reports, and email sending

Providing exceptional administration support

Our ideal candidate will have:

Strong written skills with high attention to detail

High level of organisation skills

Prior sales administration experience

Drivers licence

Prior real estate experience (desirable)

Exceptional customer service experience

Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Database management experience (CRM)

Knowledge of multiple social media platforms

Experience using Paint or similar

A strong work ethic and a passion for precision

Exceptional presentation and communication skills

The ability to work outside of business hours as required
